摘  要:为探讨黄麻种子抗膀胱癌的效果,选取圆果种黄麻"179"、长果种黄麻"中黄麻4号"和"福黄麻2号"三种黄麻种质,利用MTT法分析了种子乙醇提取物对膀胱癌细胞增殖的影响。结果表明,长果种和圆果种黄麻种子提取物对人膀胱癌T24细胞增殖的抑制率均极显著高于目前临床一线药物丝裂霉素,且长果种显著优于圆果种,但2个长果种品种间差异不显著。因此,有望从黄麻种子中开发出高效抗膀胱癌成分,这将有助于膀胱癌治疗及黄麻种质资源的综合利用。In order to investigate the anti- bladder cancer activity of jute seed, inhibiting effects of seed extracts of three jute germplasm (Corchorus capsularis "179" and Corchorus olitorius "Zhonghuang- ma No. 4 and Fuhuangma No. 2" ) on proliferation of bladder cancer cells were analyzed by MTr assay. The results showed that the seed ethanol extracts of" these three jute germlasm significantly inhibited the proliferation of T24 bladder cancer cells as compared with the current clinical first - line - medicine, Mit- omycin. The extract of C. olitorius was much more effective than that of C. capsularis, while there was no significant difference between two varieties of C. olitorius. Therefore, jute seed is expected to be de- veloped a highly active anti - bladder cancer drug, which will benefit for the treatment of bladder cancer and the comprehensive utilization of jute resources.
