摘　　要：大学生的就业问题深深影响到国家人力资源分配、家庭、高校以及社会的和谐稳定。统战部门需借助独特的优势,在改革完善大学生就业政策、引导教育大学生转变观念、提高就业能力等方面进行积极探索。为解决大学生的就业问题作出应有的贡献,既是当务之急,也是统战部门一项重要任务和责任。College students employment has great influence on human resource allocation, the harmonious sta- bility of a family,university and the society. With its unique advantage, united Front department should explore ac- tively in reform and perfecting college students employment policy,guiding and education students to change con- cept and improving their employment competence etc. Contributing to solving college students employment problem is an urgent and important task and duty for united front department.
