摘　　要：高校少数民族班学生管理是少数民族人才培养工作的重中之重,民族班学生管理教育与服务在高等学校人才培养、维护学校稳定、建设民族团结、构建和谐社会方面发挥着不可替代的作用。因此,少数民族班学生教育管理工作需要深入探讨和研究。The Management of college minority students is vital to minority talents cultivation. It plays an irre- placeable role in cultivating talents, maintaining school stabilization,constructing ethnic unity and building harmoni- ous society. Therefore, we should undertake a deep study on the education management work to college minority students.
