摘　　要：髓本质的生物学基础是干细胞及其组织微环境。中医"生髓"治疗多种病证的疗效机制之一是通过影响干细胞及其组织微环境。近些年来,中医药影响骨髓干细胞及其微环境修复脑组织、心脏组织、骨组织、肝脏组织作用及机制的研究取得若干进展。今后,应加强中医药对脏腑精髓(后天精髓)和胚胎干细胞(先天精髓)及其微环境作用及机制的研究,提高中医药防治疾病的能力和水平。The biological basis of the essence of marrow is stem cells and tissue microenvironment. One of efficacy mechanisms of the TCM treatment of ＂forming marrow＂for a variety of syndromes is related to the effects of stem cells and tissue microenvironment. In recent years,the studies of Chinese medicine affecting bone marrow stem cells and their microenvironment to repair brain tissue,heart tissue,bone tissue,liver function and mechanism have achieved several advances. In the future,the role of traditional Chinese medicine in organs essence and marrow（ acquired essence and marrow）,embryonic stem cells（ innate essence and marrow）,the microenvironment and their mechanisms are worthy of further research,which will improve the capacity and level of traditional Chinese medicine in the prevention and treatment of diseases.
