摘　　要：从诠释学角度研究中医药知识在社区中的传播,发现西医的话语权、受众的知识结构、现代中医学者知识体系等是造成中医药知识在社区传播中问题与困境的主要原因,建议从优化中医药人才知识结构、运用媒体手段、改进政府机制等方面促进中医药知识在社区的传播。This paper studies the dissemination of TCM knowledge in communities from the perspective of Hermeneutics. It finds that the discourse right of Western medicine,the knowledge structure of the audience and the knowledge system of modern TCM scholars are the main causes of problems and dilemma when TCM knowledge disseminates among the communities. To promote TCM knowledge dissemination in communities,measures including optimizing knowledge structure of TCM professionals,using media means and improving governmental mechanisms are proposed.
