摘　　要：通过调查研究和本院的实践,借鉴质量认证理论和运用现代职教理论,用理论与实践相结合、定性分析与定量分析相结合的方法,重视教育创新和教学改革。对高职教育教学观进行研究,提出全面发展高职教学质量观;在对高职教学质量影响因素进行分析的基础上,通过认真研究高职教学质量监控与评价体系的设计理论,提出构建我院独具特色的教学质量评价指标和监控体系,以及具有可操作性的质量监控与评价体系及其运行模式。Through investigation and practice of Zhangjiakou Vocational and Technical College,with the application of the theory of quality certification and modern vocational education theory,this paper makes a qualitative and quantitative analysis with its focus on the education innovation and teaching reform. Based on the analysis of the influence factors of higher vocational education quality,the design theory of the teaching quality monitoring and evaluation system of higher vocational education is studied,and the characteristics of the teaching quality evaluation index and monitoring system are put forward.
