摘  要:针对两种不同类型的客车侧翻仿真结果存在较大差异的问题,探讨客车有限元模型对仿真结果的影响,运用Hyper Works和LS-DYNA软件,对客车侧翻CAE模型进行分析,并对侧翻仿真结果进行比较,得出在涉及大位移、大应变的非线性动力学分析中,有限元模型质量的优劣对侧翻仿真结果的影响是明显的。为了切合实际情况,获得更加真实的计算结果,为客车上部结构的设计与改进提供理论依据,对客车有限元模型的质量提出必要的要求。The question regarding the influence of finite element model on the simulation result was introduced for the large differences between two rollover simulation results on different types of buses. Bus CAE models were analyzed using HyperWorks and LS-DYNA software in this example. In the dynamic simulation with large displacements and plastic deformations, it is found that the influence of bus CAE model quality on the simulation result of bus rollover was significant. In order to get an actual result to approach bus rollover test and provide a theoretical support to improve the bus superstructure, it was essential to ensure the quality of finite element model before the rollover analysis.
