摘　　要：SHP-2作为1种蛋白酪氨酸磷酸酶,由PTPN11基因编码,参与多种细胞信号转导通路。在造血细胞发育过程中,功能性SHP-2是正常造血细胞生长与发育必需的。同时,在白血病、淋巴瘤、多发性骨髓瘤等血液系统肿瘤的发生,病理发展过程中,SHP-2的激活突变以及磷酸化都起到了重要的调控作用。SHP-2可能是1个新的潜在的抗血液肿瘤药物靶分子。The Src homology 2（ SH2） domain containing phosphotyrosine phosphatase 2,encoded by PTPN11,participates in diverse cell signaling pathways. SHP-2 is an essential component in normal hematogenesis. Meanwhile,the mutation and phosphorylation of SHP-2 play important roles in the pathological process of hematologic malignancies,including leukemia,lymphoma,multiple myeloma,and so on. SHP-2 may be a novel potential target for treating hematologic neoplasia.
