早期肺癌患者DLC-1基因表达与临床特征研究

摘　　要：目的探讨DLC-1基因在早期肺癌组织中的表达及与肺癌患者临床特征的关系。方法对60例肺癌组织标本及癌旁组织进行DLC-1基因扩增检测,同时检测9例良性病变组织中DLC-1基因的表达状况,结合患者的临床特征分析DLC-1基因的表达状况与其的关系。结果 60例肺癌标本中,有22例表达阳性,癌旁组织有49例表达阳性,二者差异有统计学意义(P<0.01)。9例良性病变组织中,有7例DLC-1基因mRNA表达阳性,与肺癌组有显著差异(P<0.05)。结论 DLC-1基因在早期肺癌组织中表达缺失或者低表达,并与肺癌患者较差的临床预后明显相关。Objective To explore the expression of DLC-1 gene in the early lung cancer tissue and its relationship with the clinical characteristics of the patients. Methods DLC-1 gene levels were detected in 60 cases of lung cancer and pericarcinomatous tissues as well as 9 cases of benign pathogenic tissues. The relationship between the expression of DLC-1 gene and clinical characteristics of the patients were analyzed. Results In the 60 samples of lung cancer,22 cases were positive expression,and 49 cases were positive expression in 49 samples of pericarcinomatous tissues,and there was significant difference（ χ2= 25. 15,P 0. 01）. In the 9 samples of benign lesions,there was 7case with positive mRNA expression in DLC-1 gene,and there was significant difference when compared with lung cancer group（ χ2= 3. 87,P 0. 05）. Conclusion DLC-1 gene is not expressed or at a low level in the early lung cancer tissues,and it is closely related to the poor prognosis of lung cancer patients.
