慢性精神分裂症患者生命质量和社会功能的相关影响因素

摘　　要：目的探讨慢性精神分裂症患者生命质量和社会功能水平及其影响因素。方法使用SF-36量表、住院精神病人社会功能评定量表(SSPI)、阳性与阴性症状量表(PANSS)分别评定65例慢性精神分裂症患者的生命质量、社会功能和临床症状,并进行相关因素分析。结果患者组生命质量明显低于中国常模,差异有统计学意义(P<0.001)。SF-36量表的社会功能(SF)与受教育年限呈正相关(r=0.351,P=0.004),精神健康(MH)与发病年龄呈正相关(r=0.273,P=0.038)。SSPI量表与年龄呈负相关(r=-0.285,P=0.028),与病程呈负相关(r=-0.249,P=0.042),与阴性症状分呈负相关(r=-0.467,P<0.001),与一般病理分呈负相关(r=-0.423,P<0.001),与PANSS总分呈负相关(r=-0.396,P=0.001)。讨论慢性精神分裂症存在明显生命质量受损,社会功能恢复与阴性症状密切相关。Objective To investigate the related influencing factors of quality of life and social function in patients with chronic schizophrenia. Methods The quality of life,social function and clinical symptoms of 65 patients with chronic schizophrenia were assessed by SF- 36 scale,SSPI,PANSS. Results The quality of life in patient group was significantly lower than that in Chinese normal control（ P 0. 001）. The social function（ SF） item in SF- 36 scale was positively correlated with the age of education（ r = 0. 351,P = 0. 004）. Mental health（ MH） was positively correlated with age（ P = 0. 038,r = 0. 273）. SSPI was negatively correlated with age（ r =- 0. 285,P = 0.028）,the course of disease（ r =- 0. 249,P = 0. 042）,negative symptoms（ r =- 0. 467,P 0.001）,general pathology（ r =- 0. 423,P 0. 001） and PANSS total score（ r =- 0. 396,P = 0.001）. Conclusion Chronic schizophrenia patients have obvious impairment of quality of life. Social function recovery is closely related with negative symptoms.
