动态脑电图诊断癫痫所致精神障碍患者的临床分析

摘　　要：目的分析脑电图与动态脑电图在癫痫所致精神障碍患者诊治中的临床效果。方法选取本院2013年5月至2015年5月收治的癫痫所致精神障碍患者84例,分别给予常规脑电图与24h动态脑电图的临床检查,总结两项检验的临床特征,比较在病情程度与异常波中的诊断效果,并通过统计学分析探讨癫痫所致精神障碍患者的最佳诊断方案。结果动态脑电图检查中轻度19例(22.6%)、中度异常42例(50.0%)、重度异常12例(14.3%)、总异常率为86.9%,其总异常率同常规脑电图检查均具有统计学意义(t=6.48,P<0.05)。同时,动态脑电图检查中慢波、慢波暴发与发作波的检出率均显著高于常规脑电图,具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论针对癫痫所致精神障碍患者采用动态脑电图的诊断效果更为满意,为早期治疗创造积极保障。Objective To analyze the clinical effects of EEG and ambulatory EEG in the diagnosis and treatment of mental disorder patients. Methods 84 cases of mental disorder patients caused by epilepsy in our hospital from May 2013 to May 2015 were selected and were given conventional EEG and 24 h ambulatory EEG clinical examination respectively. The clinical characteristics with these two methods were summarized, and the diagnostic effects in the severity and abnormal wave were compared,so as to discuss the best diagnostic program with statistical analysis. Results In the ambulatory EEG,19 cases normal（ 22. 6%）,42 cases moderately abnormal（ 50. 0%）,12 cases severe abnormalities（ 14. 3%）,with total abnormal rate of 86. 9%,with statistical significance compared with conventional EEG examination（ P 0. 05）. Furthermore,in the ambulatory EEG,SWS,slow- wave attack wave of the outbreak and detection rate was significantly higher than conventional electroencephalogram,with statistical significance（ P〈0. 05）. Conclusion Mental disorders due to epilepsy dynamic EEG diagnostic effect is more satisfactory,to create a positive guarantee for early treatment.
