心理护理干预联合亲情护理对老年广泛性焦虑患者的效果影响

摘　　要：目的探讨心理护理干预联合亲情护理对老年广泛性焦虑症患者的病情治疗情况以及生活质量的影响。方法将我院收治的82例老年广泛性焦虑门诊患者平均分成实验组和对照组,对照组采用常规药物治疗,实验组在此基础上另进行护理干预联合亲情护理,2月后观察两组在干预前后焦虑症状改善情况和生活质量的变化情况。结果 2月后实验组焦虑自评量表(SAS)明显低于对照组(P<0.01),实验组WHO生活质量测定量表简表明显高于对照组(P<0.01)。结论本研究发现合理的心理护理干预联合亲情护理对老年焦虑症患者焦虑情绪及生活质量均有明显的改善效果,具有积极的临床意义。Objective To explore the effect of psychological impact of nursing interventions joint family care disease treatment and quality of life of elderly patients with generalized anxiety disorder. Methods 82 cases of elderly patients with generalized anxiety disorder were divided into experimental and control groups. Both the control group and the experimental group received conventional drug therapy. At the same time,the experimental group also received psychological nursing and family care interventions. We assessed the effects of intervention by measuring the levels of symptoms of anxiety and quality of life at before and after two months observation. Results After two months observation,Self-Rating Anxiety Scale（ SAS） was significantly lower in the experimental group than that in the control group（ P〈0. 01）,the WHO BREF quality of life was significantly higher（ P〈0. 01） in the experimental group when compared with the control group. Conclusion This present study suggests that psychological nursing and family care have positive impact on diminishing symptoms of anxiety and improving quality of life improving for elderly with generalized anxiety disorder anxiety,which should be recommended to clinical.
