摘 要:选用8-羟基喹啉修饰裸玻碳电极,利用差分脉冲溶出伏安法记录了镉在修饰电极上的溶出伏安变化规律,通过优化缓冲液、pH、修饰剂量及富集时间等4种检测条件,建立了可用于现场快速检测食品中镉的电化学方法。该方法检测镉的回归方程为ICd=-7.5×10-7-7.98×10-6C(mg/L),R2=0.9929,SD=1.9634×10-7。检测限可达50μg/L,回收率大于95%,线性范围为0.05~1mg/L,平均检测时长低于6min,准确率为95%。最后用实际样品与国标进行对照实验,结果证实8-羟基喹啉所修饰的玻碳电极具有良好的准确性、稳定性和灵敏度,研究建立的检测方法具有操作简便、快捷便利等特点,为重金属镉的现场快速检测提供了新技术以及新思路。A new method was established for rapid detection of cadmium(Cd2+)based on 8-hydroxyquinoline-modified glass carbon electrode(GCE).The electrochemical behavior of Cd2+on modified GCE was recorded using differential pulse stripping voltammetry.The four detection parameters of buffer,pH,dose and disposition time were optimized.In this method,the regression equation for detecting cadmium could be expressed as ICd=-7.5×10-7-7.98×10-6 C(mg/L),R2=0.9929,SD=1.9634×10-7.A linear response of stripping peak current was displayed to the concentration of cadmium in the scope from 0.05 to 1mg/L,with the detection limit of 50μg/L.The recovery rate of the method was more than 95%,and the accuracy rate was up to 95%.The detection needed less than 6 minutes,which was useful for fast detection of heavy metals in food.The results showed that the 8-hydroxyquinoline-modified glass carbon electrode had good stability and sensitivity.The detection method based on stripping voltammetry is easy to manipulate,and the result can be gained within 6 minutes,which provides a new detection method for cadmium.
