摘　　要：多媒体课件教学的应用,尤其在医学微生物课程教学中的应用越来越普遍。本文就多媒体课件制作中容易被忽略的细节提出了一些看法和思考。材料的来源方面,应在教材的基础上紧贴科研动态和时事热点。课件的信息密度应该徐疾有致主次分明。另外在中英文比例、图文比例及动态材料的选取上也应该做到比例协调,取舍合理。这些细节的把握,会使多媒体课件在整体上增色,提高教学效果,是一个合格的教师必要的注意事项。The application of the multimedia courseware on the education,especially the medical microbiology is becoming popular. Some viewpoint and advice about some details which should be noticed were put forward. The source of the teaching material should be based on the textbook,but the latest research progress and current events were essential.The information density of the courseware should be of proper speed. In addition,some details like the proportion of the Chinese / English,words / figures,and the videos can also enhance the teaching effectiveness,which were deserved much attention from teachers.
