摘 要:以Nd:YAG纳秒脉冲激光器的2倍频输出(532nm)作为激发光源,比较了1步法、2步法制备钙钛矿光电探测器对ns量级短脉冲激光的光电响应.结果表明,2种钙钛矿光电探测器的上升沿响应时间相当,为20~25ns,且随着探测器的性能退化,上升沿响应时间基本保持不变;在灵敏度方面,2步法CH_3NH_3PbI_3钙钛矿光电探测器能够在更大入射能量范围内保持线性响应,且在低能入射条件下具有更佳的光电转换效率;在光电转换效率的长时间稳定性方面,1步法CH_3NH_3PbI_3钙钛矿光电探测器优于2步法CH_3NH_3PbI_3钙钛矿光电探测器.所得结果既有助于钙钛矿光电探测器的光电转换行为表征,也有利于拓展钙钛矿光电探测器的应用范围.Photoelectric responses to nanosecond time scale laser pulses were compared for CH_3NH_3PbI_3 photoelectric detectors from one step and two steps methods respectively.The short time duration laser pulses were delivered from the Second harmonic block of Nd:YAG laser(532nm).Experimental results demonstrated that rising phase response time from this two types of photoelectric detector were nearly the same,about 20~25ns.We also found the rising phase response time did not show obviously change during aging test experiments.In the sensitivity performance,the two step method CH_3NH_3PbI_3 detector showed the linear response in broader laser pulse energy scope and more sensitive in the low incident laser energy condition.At last the long term photoelectric transfer stability of one stepmethod CH_3NH_3PbI_3 detector was better than that of the two step method CH_3NH_3PbI_3 detector.Our experimental results would benefit the photoelectric transformation characterization of CH_3NH_3PbI_3 detector and its application extension.
