摘　　要：目的:构建肝癌三级预防的新方案,提高中医/中西医结合防治肝癌的能力和水平。方法:根据干预肝癌微环境防治肝癌的新策略和"补肾生髓成肝"改善肝再生微环境防治肝癌的研究成果,在现有肝癌三级预防方案的基础上,构建从直接干预肝癌细胞和改善肝再生微环境两方面共同发挥作用的肝癌三级预防方案。结果:采用体现"补肾生髓成肝"治疗法则的地五养肝胶囊、抗毒软坚胶囊、左归丸(左归饮)、姜黄胶囊及其相关制剂(饮片水煎剂、颗粒剂等),通过调控"正常肝再生修复与异常肝再生紊乱失衡"而改善肝再生微环境,与现有主要直接针对肝癌细胞的肝癌三级预防方案分级配合应用而构建的肝癌三级预防新方案能更全面更有效地防止肝癌的发生发展,已获得初步的循证医学证据和明确的部分疗效机制。结论:基于"补肾生髓成肝"的肝癌三级预防方案可针对肝癌细胞及其微环境同时发挥作用,体现先进的防治理念,随着研究的不断深入,方案的不断完善,应用前景将越来越好。Objective：To improve the ability and level of Traditional Chinese Medicine（combination of Chinese traditional and Western medicine） in preventing and treating liver cancer by constructing a new program of tertiary prevention for liver cancer. Methods： To construction a new program of tertiary prevention on the basis of the existing territory prevention program for liver cancer. The new program is also based on the strategy of the prevention and treatment for liver cancer by regulating the microenvironment as well as the research results of＂tonifying the kidney to promote liver regeneration and repair by affecting stem cells and their microenvironment＂improving the liver regeneration microenvironment for the prevention and treatment of liver cancer. In this new program, the combined effect of intervening in the liver cancer cells as well as improving the liver regeneration will play an important role in controlling the liver cancer. Results： Some TCM compound preparations had an effect on improving the liver regeneration microenvironment by regulating the imbalance between abnormal liver regeneration and abnormal liver regeneration, such as Diwu Yanggan capsule, Kangdu Ruanjian capsule, Zuogui Pill（Zuoguiyin）, curcumin capsule or other relevant preparations. The existing tertiary prevention programs are primarily directed against liver cancer cells. And the new program of tertiary prevention constituted by the cooperation application of improving the liver regeneration microenvironment as well as the existing tertiary prevention program can effectively prevent the occurrence and development of liver cancer, which had obtained the preliminary evidence of evidence-based medicine and partially clear effect mechanism. Conclusion： The new program of tertiary prevention for liver cancer based on＂tonifying the kidney to promote liver regeneration and repair by affecting stem cells and their microenvironment＂can play a role in regulating liver cancer cells and their microenvironment, which reflects
