滇中地区城市化与生态环境综合水平协调度分析

摘　　要：以云南省滇中地区为研究对象,构建城市化与生态环境协调发展评价指标体系,利用耦合协调度模型、城市化(生态环境)综合发展函数,计算了2008—2012年滇中地区城市化综合发展指数(U)、生态环境综合发展指数(E)、城市化与生态环境的协调度(C)、综合评价指数(T).对滇中地区城市化与生态环境的协调发展做出相对科学、客观的评价.结果显示:滇中地区2008—2012年间城市化和生态环境两个系统的综合发展指数曲线走势相对一致,整体呈稳步上升趋势.2010年以后,滇中地区城市化进度加快,生态环境指数有所下降,在2011年低于城市化指数.滇中地区的生态环境质量有由好转坏的势头;2008—2012年期间,滇中地区城市化和生态环境两者之间的协调度一直在0.5左右徘徊,城市化与生态环境的发展类型属于轻度失调-勉强协调型,总体呈轻度失调型,城市发展受到前期生态环境破坏(污染)的制约.Studying the area of central Yunnan by using 2008 - 2012 survey data and statistics,a comprehensive index system of urbanization and eco- environment system was established to measure the integration of urbanization and comprehensive eco- environment quality by the comprehensive evaluation model. Coordination degree of urbanization and eco- environment was also calculated by the coupling coordinative degree calculation model. The results showed that since 2008,the central of Yunnn has had a gradual growth in the comprehensive level of urbanization; that the comprehensive eco- environment quality showed an up-ward trend in the eco- environment index from 2008 to 2012; and that eco- environment quality was improved. The eco- environment index showed a downward trend in the period 2010 ~ 2011. According to the analysis of the coordination degree in the five years,the coordination state is fluctuating from light non- coordination to slight non- coordination,but the overall trend showing light no- coordination.
