摘　　要：改革发展的关键期,如何促进高校文化建设,确保当代高校文化建设的正确方向,提高高校文化建设的实效性,已然成为建设社会主义文化强国、增强国家文化软实力、推动社会主义文化发展繁荣的时代课题。本论文紧随时代形势、结合廊坊市政府"四个发展"新要求,深入贴近大学校园,以北华航天工业学院为例,通过多方探究调研,为新时期高校文化建设提出切实可行的思路。During the critical period of reform and development,how to promote college cultural construction,how to keep it to the right orientation and improve the its effectiveness have become the major concern in constructing a powerful culture nation,enhancing the national cultural soft power and promoting development and prosperity. This paper proposed practical ideas for college cultural construction in the new period to fulfill the requirements of ＂Four Developments＂ of Langfang municipal government.
