摘 要:目的:探讨胃癌根治术患者术后进行早期肠内营养治疗的临床效果和安全性。方法:选择在笔者所在科接受远端胃癌根治手术的80例患者,采用随机的方法将其平均分为两组,一组肠内营养(EN)组,另一组为肠外营养(PN)组,两组均为40例。对两组患者营养支持前后的各项指标变化、术后恢复情况和并发症发生情况进行比较。结果:经过营养支持,两组的营养状况均得到有效改善,其中EN组的营养状况优于PN组,EN组的血清白蛋白、前白蛋白水平明显高于PN组,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05);EN组的肛门排气时间、住院时间均比PN组短,两组比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);EN组并发症发生率为10.00%,PN组并发症发生率为27.50%,两组比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:对胃癌根治手术患者采用早期肠内营养治疗,安全、有效、经济,值得临床推广。Objective: To investigate the clinical effect and security of early enteral nutrion on patients with gastric cancer after radical operation.Method: 80 patients who accepted the distal gastric cancer radical surgery in our department, were divided into two groups on average as enteral nutrition(EN) group and parenteral nutrition(PN) group by the method of random, 40 cases in each group.The indicators change, postoperative recovery and complications occurred between the two groups were compared.Result: Nutritional status of the two groups were effectively improved after nutritional support, the EN group was better than the PN groups serum albumin levels and former albumin levels of the EN group was significantly higher than the PN group(P〈0.05); the EN group had earlier postoperative anal exhaust time, shorter postoperative hospital stays, the two groups had obvious differences(P〈0.05).The incidence of complications in the EN group was 10.00%, the PN group was 27.50%, the two groups had obvious differenees(P〈0.05).Conclusion: Early enteral nutrion on patients with gastric cancer after radical operation is safe, effective, economic, and worthy of clinical promotion.
