摘  要:将碳化硅(SiC)颗粒加入到晶须浆料中,能够有效提高固相含量,提高层状结构陶瓷的致密度。通过研究SiC颗粒含量和粒径对层状结构陶瓷致密度的影响,分析其作用机理。结果表明:当Si C颗粒粒径为0.5μm时,致密度随颗粒比例增加而提高,晶须与颗粒的比例为3 1时达到最大值,为2.367 g·cm-3。当SiC颗粒粒径由0.5μm增加到40μm时,层状陶瓷的致密度逐渐增加。Solid phase content and density of laminated structural ceramics can be increased by introducing Si C particles into whisker slurry. Effects of Si C particle content and size on density of laminated structural ceramics were investigated,and the mechanisms were studied. The results showed that the density of laminated ceramics increased with increasing particle content,as the size of Si C particles remained to 0. 5 μm. When the ratio of reinforcements was changed to Si Cw Si Cp = 3 1,the highest density obtained with 2. 367 g·cm- 3.When the size of Si C particles changed from 0. 5 μm to 40 μm,the density of laminated ceramics increased gradually.
