摘　　要：介绍了“学科会聚”管理理念及产生背景，运用“学科会聚”管理思想，在整体观的指导下，开展了促进科技融合的跨界互访。认为通过创新管理运行机制，“学科会聚”带动效应已经显现，初步产生了一批合作成果，推动学科从高度细化走向整合协作，为研究型医院的进一步建设提供了保障。The paper introduced the concept and background of ＂ disciplines converging＂ management, holding that this management philosophy can encourage dialogues among disciplines in a holist concept. It is believed that with an innovative mechanism in the management and operation, such converging has initially proven its value, promoting disciplines from high refinement to coordination and synergy, supporting research hospitals in development.
