摘　　要：随着现代社会主义市场经济的快速发展,中小企业在中国国民经济中的地位日益重要,内部控制作为衡量企业经营管理水准的重要标志越来越受企业管理者的重视。如何完善和健全企业的内部控制管理制度和环境,对我国中小企业的持续发展经营起到了至关重要的作用。分析阐述了我国中小企业的内部控制现状,针对问题提出了相应的实际解决方案。With the rapid development of modern socialist market economy, the status of small and medium-sized enterprises in China＇s national economy is increasingly important. As an important symbol to measure enterprise management level, the internal control has got more and more the attention of enterprise managers. How to improve and perfect the company＇s internal control management system and environment is crucial to the sustainable development of SMEs in China. The current situation of SMEs in the internal controls were analyzed and discussed. In view of the questions, the author proposed the corresponding practical solutions.
