摘　　要：电感耦合等果子体发射光谱法是目前测定黄金首饰的国家标准方法之一，针对该方法在测定过程中所引入的不确定度来源进行柚分析，对测柎过程中的主要不确定度分柎进行柚柎化，得到柚合成标准不确定度和扩展不确定度，并对测试结果的不确定度进行柚分析比较与探讨。Inductively coupled plasma emission spectrometry is the determination of gold jewelry is one of the national standard method, this paper for the method in the determination of in the process of introducing the sources of the uncertainty were analyzed, the measurement process of the main uncertainty component was quantified, combined standard uncertainty and the expanded uncertainty, and uncertainty of test results of comparative analysis and discussion.
