住院2型糖尿病患者糖尿病视网膜病变患病率调查

摘　　要：了解住院2型糖尿病(T2DM)患者糖尿病视网膜病变(DR)患病率,并评价DR传统危险代谢因素控制状况及患者DR认知水平.对住院治疗的471名T2DM患者进行流行病学调查及相应代谢指标(HbA1c、血压、血脂)测定.结果显示,住院T2DM患者DR患病率为40.76%,63.70%的患者不了解糖尿病可导致DR,87.90%的患者既往从未眼底检查,DR相关危险代谢指标中HbA1c、血压、TC、TG、HDL-C、LDL-C达标率分别为:11.83%、20.43%、30.11%、54.84%、48.39%、39.78%(无DR患者),4.17%、12.50%、28.13%、44.79%、52.60%、33.85%(DR患者).住院2型糖尿病患者中DR呈高度流行状态;2型糖尿病患者对DR的认知度较差;与DR危险密切相关的代谢指标控制不利.To investigate the prevalence of diabetic retinopathy（DR）in inpatients with type 2 diabetes and evaluate the control level of related metabolism factors and the cognitive level of DR.471 inpatients with type 2 diabetes were recruited as subjects.Related information was acquired by epidemiological questionnaire.HbA1 c,blood pressure,TC,TG,HDL-C and LDL-C were measured.The prevalence of DR in inpatients with type 2 diabetes was 40.76%.63.70% patients didn＇t know the information that diabetes can result in DR.Respectively,the compliance rate of HbA1 c,blood pressure,TC,TG,HDL-C and LDL-C in patients without DR is 11.83%,20.43%,30.11%,54.84%,48.39% and 39.78%.In patients with DR,The compliance rate of HbA1 c,blood pressure,TC,TG,HDL-C and LDL-C is4.17%,12.50%,28.13%,44.79%,2.60% and 33.85%.The prevalence rate of DR in inpatients with type 2 diabetes was severe,and the cognitive level of DR was lower.The control level of related risk metabolism factors was not ideal.
