摘　　要：新的经济形势下,依靠技术进步、知识创新来获得经济发展已成为我国经济转型的关键。文章从知识异质性角度出发,具体研究企业知识创新能力的内涵和分类,并以此为基础,构建了一套科学完整企业知识创新能力评价指标体系。Under the new economic situation, it becomes the key to China＇s economic transformation to achieve economic development by the technological progress and knowledge innovation. This paper specifically studies the connotation and classification of the knowledge innovation ability of enterprises from the perspective of knowledge heterogeneity. And on this basis, it builds a set of scientific and complete evaluation index system of the knowledge innovation ability of enterprises.
