引入托业考试增强“卓越工程师”职场竞争力

摘　　要：结合"卓越计划"的实施,探讨提升"卓越工程师"培养质量的途径,无疑将会带动高校教学质量的全面提高。本文提出以托业考试(TOEIC)测评标准作为"卓越工程师"英语应用水平的测度,研究将托业考试引入"卓越班"的可行性及具体操作办法,探索提高卓越工程师职场竞争力的新途径。With the implementation of ＂Plan for Educating and Training Outstanding Engineers（PETOE）＂, to explore ways of promoting training quality of ＂outstanding engineers＂ will undoubtedly improve the overall teaching quality. In this paper, the TOEIC assessment has been introduced to measure the practical English skills of ＂outstanding engineers＂, meanwhile, the feasibility of applying TOEIC to classes of ＂outstanding engineers＂ and its concrete application methods will be studied in order to find the new ways of improving the competitiveness of ＂outstanding engineers＂ in the job market.
