摘  要:目的探讨麻醉教学中使用PBL教学的作用效果。方法以2013年入学的麻醉学专业学生为研究对象,随机分为2组,30例研究组和30例对照组。教学中研究组采用PBL教学,对照组采用传统教学。对比(1)研究组和对照组纳入研究前、后麻醉科理论成绩及技能成绩。(2)研究组和对照组对老师的带教满意度。结果 (1)研究组和对照组纳入研究前麻醉科理论成绩及技能成绩结果比较无差异(P>0.05);研究组和对照组纳入研究后麻醉科理论成绩及技能成绩结果比较有差异(P<0.05)。(2)研究组和对照组对老师的带教满意度分别为(92.5±2.4)分、(82.6±3.9)分,结果比较有差异(P<0.05)。结论本次研究认为麻醉教学中使用PBL教学能提高学生分析和解决问题的能力,使学生对学习产生了浓厚的兴趣,增加课堂学习的氛围。Objective To study the effect of anesthesia to use PBL teaching.Methods The 2013 Anesthesiology students were enrolled for the study,randomly divided into 2 groups,30 students for study group and 30 students for the control group. Study group was adopted the PBL in teaching,and the control group used traditional teaching. Comparison:(1) Before and after the study enrollment,the anesthesia theoretical achievements and skills of both groups.(2) The teaching satisfaction for teachersbetween the study group and control group. Results(1) the study group and control group into anesthesia prior to study theory and skills achievement results showed no difference(P〉0.05),anaesthesia after the study group and control group included in the study theory and skills performance results are different(P〈0.05).(2) the study group and control group teaching to teacher satisfaction were(92.5 ± 2.4) points,(82.6 ± 3.9) points,results are different(P〈0.05). Conclusion This study suggests that anesthesia education using PBL teaching to improve students ' analysis and problem-solving skills,the students had a keen interest in learning,classroom learning environment.
