急性闭角型青光眼合并白内障的临床效果分析

摘　　要：目的分析白内障超声乳化术治疗急性闭角型青光眼合并白内障的临床效果。方法对我院收治的25例（27只眼）急性闭角型青光眼合并白内障患者（2013年3月~2014年5月）行白内障超声乳化术,观察手术治疗前后患者眼压情况及视力改善情况。结果治疗前后患者眼压及视力情况均存在差异（P〈0.05）,差异具有统计学意义。结论白内障超声乳化术治疗急性闭角型青光眼合并白内障的临床疗效显著。Objective To analyze cataract phaco clinical effect for the treatment of acute angle-closure glaucoma with cataract. Methods 25 cases of our hospital（27 eyes） in patients with acute angle-closure glaucoma with cataract（March 2013 to May 2014） cataract phaco and intraocular pressure were observed before and after surgery patients and improve eyesight.Results Intraocular pressure（iop） and visual acuity of patients before and after the treatment there were significant differences（P〈0.05）,the difference is statistically significant. Conclusion Cataract phaco treatment of acute angle-closure glaucoma with cataract clinical curative effect is distinct.
