产科护理管理中的人本理念应用分析

摘　　要：目的对产科护理管理中人本理念的应用效果进行分析。方法将我院产科在职的30名护士平均分为观察组与对照组(n=15),分别对其实施"以人为本"护理与常规护理。结果观察组整体护理质量评分、护理人员行为评分以及满意度评分均高于对照组(P<0.05)。结论在产科护理管理中应用人本护理理念,能提高护理质量。Objective To obstetric care management in the idea of the application effect is analyzed. Methods Our hospital obstetrics on-thejob 30 average nurses were divided into observation group and control group（n=15）,respectively,for the implementation of the ＂people-oriented＂care and routine care. Results observation group overall nursing quality evaluation,nursing staff behavior and satisfaction scores were higher than control group（P〈0.05）. Conclusion The application of humanistic care in obstetric nursing management idea,can significantly improve the quality of nursing.
