摘　　要：罗荣桓思想政治工作理论是中国思想政治教育理论的重要组成部分,继承和发扬罗荣桓思想政治工作理论,激励高校思政工作者提高思想道德水平,鞭策思政工作者改善工作方法,同时发挥高校思政教育"志愿者"的辅助力量,对于提高高校思政工作者素质,改善当今高校的思想政治教育工作具有重要现实意义。Luo Ronghuan＇s theory of ideological and political work is an important part of Chinese ideological and political education theory. It has important practical significance on improving the quality of the college political education workers as well as the ideological and political education work in college by inheriting and carrying forward Luo Ronghuan＇s ideological and political work theory,motivating college political education workers to improve the level of thought morality,spurring education workers to improve working methods,at the same time playing the auxiliary power of the college ideological education ＂ volunteers＂.
