腧穴热敏化艾灸治疗后循环缺血的临床研究

摘　　要：目的探讨腧穴热敏化艾灸治疗后循环缺血的临床疗效,并观察其对椎动脉及基底动脉血流速度的影响。方法将69例后循环缺血患者随机分为2组。对照组34例,予单纯西医常规治疗;治疗组35例,在对照组的基础上加用腧穴热敏化艾灸治疗。均治疗2周后,观察比较2组治疗前后双侧椎动脉及基底动脉的收缩期与舒张期血流最大流速变化,并比较疗效。结果治疗组治愈率54.28%,总有效率82.35%;对照组治愈率38.23%,总有效率82.35%,2组治愈率及总有效率比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.05),治疗组疗效优于对照组;2组治疗后双侧椎动脉及基底动脉的收缩期与舒张期血流最大流速均有明显增加,较本组治疗前比较差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05),且治疗组较对照组增加更明显(P<0.05)。结论腧穴热敏化艾灸治疗后循环缺血可明显增加椎动脉及基底动脉血流速度,提高临床治愈率及总有效率。Objective To study the clinical effect of acupoints heat - sensitive moxibustion on posterior circulation ischemia and vertebrobasilar artery blood flow velocity. Methods 69 patients with posterior circulation ischemia were randomly divided into two groups. 34 patients in control group were treated by sample western routine treatment. 35 patients in treatment group were treated by acupoints heat - sensitive moxibustion on the basis of control group treatment. The course was two weeks. The maximum blood flow velocity of bilateral vertebroasilar artery in systolic and diastolic was observed in two groups, and the curative effect was compared. Results The cure rate and to tal effective rate in treatment group （54.28 %, 82.35 % ）were superior to those in control group （38.23 %, 82.35 %, P 〈 0. 05 ）. The maximum blood flow velocity of bilateral vertebroasilar artery in systolic and diastolic after treatment was obviously increased as compared with that in before treatment in two groups （ P 〈 0.05 ）, and the increase in treatment group was superior to that in control group （P 〈 0.05）. Conclusion Acupoints heat - sensitive moxibustion can significantly improve the clinical cure rate and total effective rate on the treatment of posterior circulation ischemia, enhance blood flow velocity of bilateral vertebroasilar artery, inheritage and development the traditional Chinese acupuncturemoxibustion theory.
