摘　　要：目的探讨原发性胃淋巴瘤组织中幽门螺旋杆菌感染与腺瘤性结肠息肉病基因表达的关系。方法收集本院2006年6月至2011年12月手术治疗后原发性胃淋巴瘤患者的临床资料与手术后病理标本45例和30例胃正常黏膜组织，采用免疫组织化学染色法检测腺瘤性结肠息肉病基因（APC）蛋白的表达。结果原发性胃淋巴瘤中腺瘤性APC的阳性表达率[37．78％（17／45）]显著低于胃正常黏膜组织[90．0％（27／30），P〈0．05]。原发性胃淋巴瘤中幽门螺旋杆菌（Hp）感染阳性者APC蛋白的阳性表达率[25．71％（9／35）]明显低于Hp感染阴性者[80：00％（8／10），P〈0．05]。结论APC蛋白在原发性胃淋巴瘤中低表达，Hp感染与APC蛋白低表达密切相关，Hp感染可能是影响腺瘤性结肠息肉病基因表达的一个重要原因。Objective To investigate the expression and significance of adenomatous polyposis coli （APC） protein in primary gastric lymphoma （PGL） tissue, and explore its relationship with H. pylori. Methods The clinical and pathological data of 45 patients with PGL admitted between June 2006 and December 2011 in Xiangya Hospital and Shaoyang Chinese Medicine Hospital were collected. Expression of APC protein was detected with immunohistochemical staining （SP） in 45 cases （32 cases were male and 13 cases female,33 cases were less than 60 years old, 12 cases were equal to or more than 60 years old, 35 cases were Hp positive, and 10 cases Hp negative）, and 30 samples of normal gastric mucosa tissues. Resuits The positive expression rate of APC protein was 37.78% （17/45） in PGLs, and 90. 0% （27/30） in normal gastric mucosa tissues. There was significant difference between PGLs and normal gastric mucosa tissues （ P 〈0. 05）. The positive expression rate of APC protein in PGL was 25.71% （9/35） in those with Hp infection, and 80. 00% （8/10） without Hp infection. There was significant correlation between the expression of APC and Hp infection （ P 〈 0.05 ）. Conclusions The APC protein was lowly expressed in PGL. Because of the significant correlation between low expression of APC protein and Hp infection, Hp infection might be an important factor that impacts on the expression of APC protein.
