Ki67、Tmem16a和ILK在眼睑基底细胞癌中的检测意义

摘　　要：目的探究Ki67增殖指数(Ki67)、Tmem16a蛋白(Tmem16a)和整合素连接激酶(ILK)在眼脸基底细胞癌患者组织中的检测价值。方法分析2011年5月至2014年10月在我院接受治疗的52例(52只眼)眼睑基底细胞癌患者的手术标本(观察组)。另外分别选取基底细胞乳头状瘤患者手术后的蜡块组织和切缘、正常的鳞状上皮手术后对应的蜡块组织各38例(38只眼)作为本实验的对照组和正常组。比较3组的基线资料、Ki67、Tmem16a和ILK的阳性表达率等。结果本研究发现3组基线资料的组间差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。3组中Ki67、Tmem16a和ILK阳性表达率组间差异有统计学意义(P<0.05),且正常组阳性率最低,观察组最高。观察组中的Ki67、Tmem16a和ILK的阳性表达与脉管的转移及侵犯、肿瘤体积相关(P<0.05)。结论眼睑基底细胞癌患者手术后组织中呈高表达状态的Ki67、Tmem16a和ILK对肿瘤的发展起共同促进的作用,其中Tmem16a和ILK能通过对ki67表达的促进来发挥一定的作用。Objective This retrospective study aimed to analyze the diagnostic value of Ki67,Tmem16 a and ILK in the patients with eyelid basal cell carcinoma. Methods Surgical specimens of patients with basal cell carcinoma in eyelid who were treated at our hospital between 2011 and 2014 were retrospectively analyzed. Authors also included 38 cases of basal cell papilloma and 38 cases of normal squamous epithelium as controls. General demographic information（ gender,age,and BMI） as well as expression of Ki67,Tmem16 a and ILK in three groups were compared. Results There was no significant difference in demographic information among the three groups. Expression rates of Ki67,Tmem16 a and ILKin were significantly different between the three groups. The highest expression of Ki67,Tmem16 a and ILK were found in basal cell carcinoma patients,whereas the lowest expression rate was found in normal subjects. The expressions of Ki67,Tmem16 a and ILKhad were correlated with vascular metastasis,invasion and gross tumor volume. Conclusion High expressions of Ki67,Tmem16 a and ILK are linked to the development of eyelid basal cell carcinoma. Tmem16 a and ILK may play a role in increasing Ki67 proliferation.
