外伤性晶状体脱位的临床分析

摘　　要：目的观察外伤性晶状体脱位的致伤原因、并发症及临床治疗方法。方法回顾性分析2012年4月至2015年5月收治的外伤性晶状体脱位32例(32只眼)患者的临床资料,包括年龄、性别、致伤原因、合并症、临床治疗方法。结果 32例患者中男性患者28例(87.50%),平均年龄为(56.23±15.13)岁,致伤原因中于劈柴时被木柴击伤10例(31.22%),1例保守治疗,31例晶状体摘除联合玻璃体切除手术治疗,治疗后26例(81.25%)视力提高,18例继发青光眼者眼压均得到控制。结论外伤性晶状体脱位好发于老年男性体力劳动时,需注意预防,常合并多种并发症,应当根据晶状体脱位的程度、合并并发症、核的硬度、术者手术熟练度等选择合理的个体化治疗。Objective To report the causes,complications,treatment of traumatic lens dislocation. Methods Records of 32 patients（ 32 eyes） from April 2012 to May 2015 with traumatic lens dislocation were review,include age,sex,the causes,complications,treatment methods. Results 28 patients（ 87. 50%） were male in 32 patients and averaged age was（ 56. 23 ± 15. 13）. 10 eyes（ 31. 22%） were injuried by wood when chopping wood,1 eye was cured by non-surgery method,31 eyes choosed lens removal techniques combined with vitreatomy,visual acuity of 26 eyes（ 87. 50%） was improved after treatment,intraocular pressure has been controled in 18 eyes with secondary glaucoma. Conclusion Traumatic lens dislocation often occurs in old-aged physical labor and follow with multiple complications. Individualized treatment should be choosed according to the location of lens dislocation,different complications,lens hardness,porficiency of surgen.
