摘　　要：政治不确定性会显著影响企业行为,目前已受学界和业界高度关注。为更好理解政治不确定性及其后果,促进相关研究和应对措施完善,文章将企业行为划分为整体和个体两类。在探讨政治不确定性内涵及其测度的基础上,重点考察政治不确定性对整体企业行为和个体企业行为的影响。最后是简要总结与未来展望,并构建一个基于中国制度背景的政治不确定性与企业行为的研究框架。At present,academia and industry have paid high attention to the significant impact of political uncertainty on cor-porate behaviors. This paper classifies corporate behaviors into integral and individual behaviors in order to better understandpolitical uncertainty and its consequences,and promote relevant researches and improvement of corresponding resolutions.Based on the discussion of the definition and measurement of political uncertainty,this paper focuses on the impact of politi-cal uncertainty on integral and individual corporate behaviors. Finally,the paper makes a brief summary and future prospect,and builds a research framework of political uncertainty and corporate behaviors in the context of Chinese institution.
