大苞鞘石斛与铁皮石斛主要活性成分比较分析

摘　　要：石斛(Dendrobium)是一类名贵中药材,活性成分的构成也直接影响着石斛属植物的药用价值。为了探明大苞鞘石斛(Dendrobium warkianum Warner.)的药用价值,比较了其与铁皮石斛(Dendrobium catenatum Lindl.)多糖、生物碱、氨基酸及微量元素含量的异同。结果表明,大苞鞘石斛多糖含量较高(p<0.001);2种石斛生物碱含量都较低;2种石斛都含有所测的19种氨基酸(包含8种必需氨基酸),大苞鞘石斛中的苯丙氨酸(0.111%)、氨基丁酸(0.152%)、天冬氨酸和天冬酰胺(0.115%)等含量较高,而铁皮石斛只有组氨酸(0.070%)较高;2种石斛都含有所测的8种微量元素,大苞鞘石斛镁元素(4.06×103mg/kg)、锰元素(359.33 mg/kg)、铁(87.80 mg/kg)和硼(16.85 mg/kg)含量较高,而铁皮石斛锌含量(34.60 mg/kg)较高。以上研究结果对大苞鞘石斛的开发利用具有一定的参考价值。Dendrobium is a valuable Chinese herbal medicine, and the medicinal value depends on their active constituents. To learn the medicinal value of D. warkianum Warner, we determined the content of polysaccharides, total alkaloids, amino acids and trace elements in both D.warkianum Warner. and D. catenatum Lindl. The results showed that the content of polysaccharides were higher in D. warkianum Warner （p〈0.001）. Total alkaloids content were poor in both kinds of Dendrobiums. There were nineteen kinds of amino acids in both kinds of Dendrobiums, including eight kinds of essential amino acids, the content of phenylalanine （0.111%）, GABA （0.152%）, leucine and isoleucine （0.115%） were significantly higher in D. warkianum Warner and histidine （0.070%） were significantly higher in D. catenatum Lindl respectively. There were eight kinds of trace elements in both kinds of Dendrobiums. The content of Mg （4.06×103 mg/kg, Mn （359.33 mg/kg）, Fe （87.80 mg/kg）, B（16.85 mg/kg） were significantly higher in D. warkianum Warner and Zn （34.60 mg/kg） were significantly higher in D. catenatum Lindl respectively. Taken together, these results showed a certain reference value for the development of D. warkianum Warner.
