摘 要:为探讨不同饲养方式对卢氏绿壳蛋鸡肠道组织形态和免疫器官发育的影响,对18周龄放养和笼养卢氏绿壳蛋鸡各10只(公母各半)的相关指标进行测定分析。结果表明:放养公鸡各肠段绒毛长度均大于笼养公鸡,十二指肠段差异极显著(P<0.01);放养公鸡各肠段及放养母鸡十二指肠段的绒毛宽度极显著大于笼养公鸡(P<0.01);放养鸡各肠段隐窝深度均大于笼养鸡,公鸡各肠段和母鸡回肠段差异显著(P<0.05);放养鸡除母鸡盲肠段外,各肠段绒毛长度与隐窝深度比值(V/C值)均略小于笼养鸡,公鸡空肠及母鸡回肠段的差异显著(P<0.05);放养公鸡肝脏、胰腺、胸腺、法氏囊质量以及胸腺、法氏囊器官指数极显著大于笼养公鸡(P<0.01);放养母鸡肝脏、胰腺器官指数极显著大于笼养母鸡(P<0.01)。表明不同饲养方式下卢氏绿壳蛋鸡的肠道及免疫器官发育存在一定差异。The study aims to explore the effect of different rearing methods on the intestinal tissue morphology and the development of immune organs of Lushi chickens. In the experiment, 10 Lushi chickens of free range rearing and 10 Lushi chickens of caged rearing(half male and half female) ,all of which were 18 weeks old,were selected and the related indicators were analyzed. The results showed that the intestine villi length of the free range roosters was greater than the caged roosters, of which the length difference of the duodenal villus was extremely significant(P〈0.01) ;what's more, the intestine villi width of free range roosters was significantly greater than the caged roosters, of which the width difference of the duodenal villus was extremely significant(P〈0.01). The intestinal crypt depth of free range hens was greater than the caged hens, of which the ileum crypt depth difference was extremely significant(P〈0.01). However,the ratio of the free range roosters between the intestine villi length and the crypt depth was lower than the caged roosters,of which the ratio difference of the jejunum was significant(P〈0.05). The ratio of the free range hens between the intestine villi length and the crypt depth is lower than the caged hens,of which the ratio difference of the ileum was significant (P〈0.05). The liver, pancreas, thymus, fabricius/s mass of the free range roosters was significantly greater than the caged roosters,as well as the organ index of the thymus and fabricius(P〈0.01). The organ index of the liver and pancreas of the free range hens was significantly greater than the caged hens(P〈0.01). In summary the free range rearing is significantly better than caged rearing for development of Lushi Chicken's intestine and immune organ.
