国产神经电生理监测仪在术中监测面神经功能的初步应用

摘  要:目的评估国产神经电生理监测仪在术中对面神经功能监测作用,并与国外成熟产品的性能等方面进行比较。方法选择30例桥脑小脑角区手术的患者随机分为两组,在术中分别应用国产神经电生理监测仪(上海诺诚电气公司Smart IOM系列XP-3E型)和进口神经电生理监测仪(美敦力神经监测仪)对面神经进行刺激,记录并分析神经动作电位参数,进行比较和评价。结果两种神经电生理监测仪在术中记录的眼轮匝肌及口轮匝肌动作电位峰-峰值和潜伏期平均值差异均无统计学意义(P>0.05)。两种仪器的阳性一致性百分比和阴性一致性百分比均为100%。结论国产神经电生理监测仪在监测参数、安全性、系统稳定性等技术参数方面与进口神经电生理监测仪接近,可以在临床术中神经功能监测中推广应用。Aim To compare the concordance of the domestic neurophysiological monitoring device of Smart IOM series developed by Shanghai Nuocheng Company with the ma^re imported neuromonitoring device in aspects of accuracy, performance and safety. Methods 30 patients were randomly divided into two groups. During the operation, domestic and imported devices were used respectively to acquire electrophysiological data, then their statistical difference and concordance were compared and testified. Results The results ofchi-square test showed that there was no significant difference in the average peak-peak value and latent period between the two groups (P〉0.05). Positive concordance and negative concordance of the two devices were 100%. Conclusion The domestic device showed high concordance with the mature imported, and was worth widely clinical application in aspect of safety, monitoring parameters, performance and stability.
