肌营养不良蛋白聚糖、明胶酶及其相关性的研究现状

摘　　要：肌营养不良蛋白聚糖是一种与抗肌萎缩相关的糖蛋白复合体,是由α-肌营养不良蛋白聚糖和β-肌营养不良蛋白聚糖两种亚单位组成的跨膜糖蛋白,广泛分布于各种组织,特别是骨骼肌和神经系统。基质金属蛋白酶是细胞外的一大类锌依赖性肽链内切酶家族,其活性与肌营养不良蛋白的裂解密切相关,特别是基质金属蛋白酶-2和基质金属蛋白酶-9,又名明胶酶。文中就肌营养不良蛋白聚糖和明胶酶的结构、功能,及其相关性的研究现状进行综述。Dystroglycan is a transmembrane protein which is a member of the glycoprotein complex associated to dystrophin and composed by two subunits, a-DG and [3-DG, widely expressed in various tissues, specially in skeletal muscle and nervous system. Matrix metalloproteinases （MMPs） are a family of extracellular zinc-dependent endopeptidases, whose activities are closely related to the degradation of dystroglycan, in particular of MMP-2 and MMP-9, and also called gelatinases. The structures and functions of dystroglycan and gelatinases, and the correlation between them were discussed.
