摘　　要：冻结步态是晚期帕金森病的常见运动障碍症状之一,严重影响患者的生活质量,甚至影响其寿命。目前冻结步态的发病机制尚不十分明了,因而仍无明确有效的治疗手段。文中综述了冻结步态康复治疗的理论依据,并在此基础上详细介绍了相应的康复训练方法。Freezing of gait （FOG） is one of the common movement disorders in advanced Parkinson＇s disease （PD）. It not only influences the quality of life in patients, but also decreases their life expectancy. Its pathogenesis is not clear so far, which could be a huge obstacle to the treatments. Rehabilitation training, as one of the useful treatments based on known theories, were reviewed.
