摘 要:多工位级进冲模是一种可用于同时进行冲孔、弯曲、拉深、翻边、整形和落料等工艺的多工序集成模具,具有结构复杂、精度要求高、设计制造难度大等特点,单纯凭借基于经验的设计难以对其工作过程中的动态干涉情况做出准确的判断。以某汽车结构件18工位级进冲模为研究对象,基于UG软件建立了模具的三维模型;并基于UG运动仿真分析模块,成功地对模具冲压过程进行了动态干涉检查。实现了在设计阶段及时发现模具中的不合理干涉现象、并对模具设计方案进行检查和修改的目的,提高了模具设计效率及质量,减少了产品开发周期且降低了成本。Multi-position progressive stamping die is a kind of multistep integrated die,which can be used to produce the sheet-metal parts punching,bending,deep drawing,flanging,sizing or blanking procedures,simultaneously,and has the characteristics of complex structure,high precision requirement and difficult to be designed and manufactured.It is difficult to judge whether the components of the die interfere or not during stamping by experience.In this paper,a set of eighteen-position progressive die used for the manufacturing of the structural component of the automobile is taken as the research object,the 3D model of the die is established based on the UG software and the dynamic interference inspection is carried out based on the motion analysis module of UG,which realize the aim of finding the unreasonable interference during the design stage of the die,hence to check and modify the design scheme of the die timely.Therefore,the efficiency and quality of the die design is increased,and the development period and the cost of the product is decreased.
