摘　　要：结直肠癌发生、发展过程中癌细胞的浸润和转移起着重要作用,研究表明多种蛋白分子参与了结直肠癌的发生、发展,其中E-cadherin和Ki-67与结直肠癌有着密切的关系。本文就E-cadherin和Ki-67在结直肠癌发病及预后中的作用作一综述。The invasion and metastasis of cancer cells plays an important role in the development of colorectal cancer. The research shows that many proteins are involved in the development and progression of colorectal cancer. Ki-67 and E-cadherin have a close relationship with colorectal cancer. In this review, the role of Ki-67 and E-cadherin in the pathogenesis and prognosis of colorectal cancer is reviewed.
