摘 要:通过对冬季体育教育人文化涵义的阐述,指出传统的冬季体育教育在教学目的、内容、方法、评价上存在着诸多非人文化因素,近年来虽然进行了一些改革,但离以人为本、健康第一、素质教育和终身体育的要求还相距甚远。论述了实现冬季体育教育人文化的途径:着眼于大学生人性的培养、丰富和提升,突出发展大学生的主体性;创设快乐的冰雪体育人文教学环境,激发大学生的学习动机,引导大学生在学习中尽可能地表现出自主性、能动性和创造性;把人文化的教育思想贯彻到教学目标、内容、方法、评价的每一环节,通过冰雪体育教育实现健康体育、快乐体育、个性体育、终身体育和人文体育。By summarizing the meaning of humanistic winter physical education, the article indicates that the traditional winter physical education has many unhumanistic factors on teaching goals, contents, methods and evaluations. In recent years, the reform effort is still far away from the requirement of human ultimacy, health first, caliber education and lifelong physical education. It discusses the ways of realizing the humanistic winter physical education which are focusing on the cultivation, enrichment and improvement of students' hunanity, paying attention to developthe subjectivity ofcollege students. Create a happy humanistic teaching environment of winter sports, and stimulate students' learning motivation. Guide college students to show their autonomy, initiative and creativity in learning as much as possible. Implement humanistic education thoughts into teaching goals, contents, methods, evaluations of each link, by winter physical education to realize the healthy and happy sports, characteristic sports, lifelong sports and humanistic sports.
