摘 要:化学修饰电极具有易制备、灵敏度高、化学稳定性好、响应信号大等优点,成为食品分析检测重要手段。本文合成了噻吩-2-甲醛缩L-半胱氨酸席夫碱和巯基乙胺稳定Cd Te量子点,并利用红外光谱、X射线等对产物进行结构表征。利用L-半胱氨酸、纳米金、巯基乙胺稳定Cd Te量子点、噻吩-2-甲醛缩L-半胱氨酸席夫碱镍配合物对金电极进行修饰,通过扫描电镜、循环伏安法、电化学交流阻抗法对其修饰过程进行表征,并探讨修饰电极制备过程的席夫碱镍配合物浓度和胭脂红含量测定中的电解质溶液、溶液离子强度、扫描速率的影响。在优化条件下,胭脂红浓度与氧化峰电流在0.02mg/L^2.0mg/L范围内呈线性关系,相关系数R=0.995,检出限为0.12μg/L。应用该方法测定饮料中的胭脂红含量,回收率高,准确度好。Chemical modified electrodes is easy preparation,high sensitivity,good chemical stability,strong response signals. It becomes an important tool in food analysis and detection. In this paper,thiophene-2-formaldehyde condensation L-cysteine schiff base and stable cysteamine Cd Te quantum dots was synthesized and characterized by infrared spectrum and X-ray. L-cysteine,nano gold,cysteamine stable Cd Te quantum dots,thiophene-2-formaldehyde condensation L-cysteine schiff base nickel complexes was used on modifying gold electrode. Scanning electron microscopy(sem),cyclic voltammetry,electrochemical impedance method were used in characterizing the modification process. The influence of Schiff base nickel complexes concentration,the electrolyte solution,ionic strength and the scan rate on the detection were studied. Under the optimum conditions,oxidation peak current and carmine had a linear relationship at 0.02 mg/L^2.0 mg/L. The correlation coefficient R = 0.995,the detection limit is 0.12 mu g/L. The method is applied to determine of the carmine content in beverages with high recovery rate and good accuracy.
