新疆三甲医院护理人员慢性肌肉骨骼损伤与工作能力关系的研究

摘　　要：目的了解新疆三甲医院护士慢性肌肉骨骼损伤情况和工作能力状况,分析二者之间的关系及其影响因素。方法采用整群抽样方法对新疆三甲医院的1800名护士采用北欧肌肉骨骼疾患标准问卷进行慢性肌肉骨骼损伤调查,用工作能力指数(WAI)调查表进行工作能力调查,比较不同特征护士工作能力和慢性肌肉骨骼损伤的差异。结果汉族护士慢性肌肉骨骼损伤检出率高于少数民族护士,工龄≥5 a者检出率高于<5 a工龄护士,夜班频率>10次/月的护士高于夜班频率≤10次/月护士,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。汉族护士工作能力高于少数民族,工龄≥5 a者检出率高于工龄<5 a护士,高级职称护士高于初级及初级以下和中级护士。慢性肌肉骨骼损伤与工作能力呈显著负相关(r=-0.38,P<0.01)。影响护士工作能力的主要因素为工龄、颈肩部损伤和腰背部损伤。结论新疆三甲医院护士的慢性肌肉骨骼损伤对工作能力降低有一定影响。Objective To study the effect and its related factors of chronic musculoskeletal injury on work ability in Xinjiang Top Three hospitals nurses.Methods 1 800 nurses of Xinjiang Top Three hospitals were investigated using the Nordic musculoskeletal disorders standard questionnaire and the work ability index（WAI） questionnaire by cluster random sampling.Results The prevalence rates of the chronic musculoskeletal injury of Han was higher than that of ethnic minorities group,the length of service ≥5 years was higher than that of 5 years nurses,and the night shift frequency 10 times every month was higher than that of ≤10 times every month,which the differences were statistically significant（P0.05）.The working ability of Han nurses was higher than the minority nurses,the length of service ≥5 years was higher than that of 5 years nurses,and senior title of professional nurses is higher than the junior s and intermediate title nurses,where there was significant negative correlation between job capability and chrcr nic musculoskeletal injury（r=-0.38,P0.01）.Among the dominant factors that affect job capability were length of service,neck shoulder injury,lower back injury.Conclusion The chronic musculoskeletal injury affect work ability of nurses in Top Three hospitals in Xinjiang.
