摘  要:随着核电汽轮机单机功率的增大,末级叶片越来越长。为了保证叶片安全,采用阻尼结构以提高叶片抵抗振动疲劳的能力是各个汽轮机制造厂家广泛使用的方法。具有阻尼结构的核电汽轮机末级长叶片振动特性非常复杂,建立精准的叶片振动特性分析模型及计算方法是成功设计叶片的基础。总结了国内外学者在阻尼结构叶片的摩擦接触模型、振动分析模型以及求解方法方面的相关研究,并着重介绍了作者在阻尼结构长叶片振动特性研究方面的具体思路、数值方法和实验平台,同时提出了进一步研究阻尼叶片振动特性的思路,为大功率核电汽轮机末级长叶片振动特性的分析评估提供了具体的方法。With the increase of the single unit power capacity for nuclear steam turbines, its last stage blade has become longer and longer. In order to guarantee the blade reliability, the damping structure to resist vibration and fatigue is commonly used by steam turbine manufactures. The vibration characteristics of last blade of the nuclear power steam turbine with damping structure are complicated. Establishing accurate blade vibration analytical model and numerical method is the keys to design blade successfully. In this paper, the friction contact model, vibration analytical model and numerical method adopted by researchers at home and abroad are summarized and reviewed. In particular, the research idea, numerical method and experimental apparatus are introduced in terms of the vibration characteristics of long blade with damping structure, which investigated by the authors during the past several years. Besides this, other thoughts of further investigation for the damping blade vibration characteristics are proposed, the method is provided to analyze and evaluate the vibration characteristics of last stage blade in nuclear power steam turbines.
