摘 要:全日制专业硕士培养是当前研究生培养效率提升的重点关注内容之一。以环境工程全日制专业硕士培养为例,采用培养效率提升为目标,分析环境工程专业硕士培养过程中规模效率及质量效率等存在问题,并积极思考改进的措施,提出理论与实践结合的培养效率提升新思路,强化专业硕士特色培养,实现学位论文质量与专业技能提升相互促进,为培养出高质量、高水平、符合市场需求的应用型人才提供参考。Full-time professional masters' training and education is one of the key concerns for the current graduate training efficiency enhancement. Taking the full-time professional master training of environmental engineering as an example,this paper aimed the training efficiency improvement,analyzed the problems existing in the process of the training of full-time professional masters of environmental engineering,such as scale efficiency and quality efficiency. Thinking about the improvement measures,this paper proposes the new idea of combination of theory and practice to improve the professional training efficiency,strengthens the professional training to achieve the mutual promotion of both master degree thesis quality and professional skills,and provides references for the master training of high quality,high level and in line with market demand.
