摘　　要：分析我国BIM技术人才结构和高校BIM技术教学现状,围绕人才培养顶层设计、课程教学内容改革、实现虚拟仿真教学、完善条件建设等,提出了具体实施对策.This paper analyzes the structure of technicians for BIM and current teaching situation of BIM in colleges,and puts forward some countermeasures from the aspects of the top-level design of talents training,the reform of curriculum content,the realization of virtual and simulating teaching and improving the teaching conditions,etc.
