摘　　要：学科内涵建设的核心是人才队伍的培养和建设,必须突出和坚持价值体系。文章从儒家"克己复礼"的视角,以塑造人的理想和人格特质,突出以人为本,实现制度措施与人的价值信念、人格理想追求和谐发展为主题,探讨中医重点学科人才队伍的思想建设理论和方法,从而深化了学科内涵建设的研究。The core ideas of connotations of discipline construction are personnel training and academic ranks construction. From the prospective of ‘deny self and return to propriety＇ of the confucian school, we discussed the construction of the connotations of Traditional Chinese Medicine.
