摘　　要：分析当前干部选用中存在各种问题的主要原因在于指导思想不端正、导向模糊,缺乏准确性公信度。这客观上要求必须以中央军委习近平主席关于干部选用工作的指示精神为导向,以优良的作风、宽广的视野,广开选贤之路、广纳优秀之才,及时发现军队好干部并使用起来。This paper analyzes current various problems concerning cadre selection and appointment because there exist incorrect guiding ideology, obscure orientation and shortage of accuracy and public trust. It is objectively required that we further master scientific concepts for cadre selection and appointment, invite outstanding talents with excellent working style and broader view, and find out in time and reasonably appoint remarkable cadres.
